The brewery is a 1.5 barrel custom designed and built system. The kettles are beautiful chrome plated drums which sit atop a seriously heavy duty steel welded base with gas jets. Four fermenters are always in action brewing any of the four staple beers or the brewer’s “Latest Idea”.
The beers range from light and smooth to rich and creamy to sharp and hoppy. With Webster’s creativity, you never know what his Latest Idea might be. We always have “The Kaiser” Kolsch, “Julio’s ‘Jefe’-Weizen”, “Gnarly Barley” American Pale Ale and “Terminally Ale” American Brown Ale. If you’re lucky, the IPA, stouts, pumpkin ales, Vienna lagers or others may be available too. Be sure to ask!
The Corner Café & Brewery attended the January, 2009 Field of Beers and the Jupiter Craft Brewers Festival in Jupiter, Florida.
Field of Beers paired fifteen select hand crafted brews with fine food pairings. Terminally Ale was a smashing success with Mojito Lamb Chops.
The following day was fun for all, participating in the ever growing and fun beer festival with fellow breweries such as Big Bear, Brewzzi and Monk in The Trunk. The Kaiser, Gnarly Barley and Terminally Ale were big hits along with the silent disco nearby.
Gnarly Barley, American Pale Ale, won GOLD at the 2009 Florida Beer Competition. This gnarly beer qualified to compete in the Florida’s Best Beer Competition! What a hoot (and deserved)!
This beer as well as The Kaiser and Terminally Ale attended the 2009 Tampa Beer Festival. As a Gold Winner, Gnarly Barley was also served at the Brewer’s Ball.
